Mr. VIJAY MODI
a Sound Engineer, has been associated with the film and television
Industry in India for over 2 decades. He began his apprenticeship
under a leading sound technologist at Gemini Studios, at Chennai.
Soon after its inception, Audio Vision was called upon to carry out
a number of challenging assignments for national and international
organizations in the audio-visual medium, involving many leading technologies
of the day.He was also in the vanguard of the emerging video industry
when he established MODI DIGITAL AUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED devoted to rendering
video post production services. In the ensuing years, this unit played
a significant role in establishing video as a powerful communication
medium in India.
During the past few years, besides his consultancy assignments, Mr.
Modi was also instrumental in launching and popularizing an international
brand of digital video editing equipment in the country.
